Trump’s Russia Obsession Has Reached Its Tipping Point
If Trump were a foreign agent, would he be doing anything differently?
Fox just listed Kyiv, Ukraine as a Russian city and still hasn’t apologized.
This is absolutely disgusting to see, and unfortunately on-brand for both Fox and the Trump admin. Just last week, Marco Rubio had this to say about Ukraine:
“We need to figure out here now in a matter of days wether this [an end to the conflict] is doable”
Now, a number of days later, Fox has labeled Ukraine as a city in Russia. Taking into account a more complete perspective on the war, it’s very easy to see which side of the conflict the White House is lending favor to.
Here’s a nearly decade long, comprehensive list of Trump’s alignment with Russian interests. If you’d like to see the MLA formatted source list for every single claim outlined below, go here.
2016 GOP Platform Change
Trump campaign intervened to soften language on Ukraine, removing support for arming Ukraine against Russian aggression. A delegate testified that Trump personally wanted this change.
Praise for Putin's Leadership
Throughout his campaign and presidency, Trump repeatedly praised Putin, calling him a "strong leader" and downplaying his authoritarianism.
"Russia Has a Lot of Killers" (2017)
Trump equated U.S. actions with those of Putin when asked about Russian assassinations, saying, "You think our country’s so innocent?"
Helsinki Summit (2018)
Trump publicly sided with Putin over U.S. intelligence agencies regarding Russian election interference. He said, "I don’t see any reason why it would be Russia."
Ukraine Aid Withholding (2019)
Trump withheld military aid to Ukraine while pressuring President Zelenskyy to investigate Joe Biden. This led to Trump’s first impeachment.
Praise for Putin During 2022 Invasion
Trump called Putin "genius" and "savvy" for declaring parts of Ukraine independent before launching an invasion. He praised Putin’s strategy rather than condemning the war.
Neutrality in the Conflict
In 2023, Trump refused to say he wanted Ukraine to win, instead stating, "I want everybody to stop dying." He implied blame on Ukraine for not "making a deal."
Now, let’s get into Trump’s allies in congress
Madison Cawthorn and Marjorie Taylor Greene
Cawthorn called Zelenskyy a "thug" and labeled the Ukrainian government "evil." Greene called Zelenskyy corrupt. These comments mirrored Kremlin propaganda.
Skepticism of Ukraine Aid
In 2022, 57 House Republicans and 11 Senate Republicans voted against a $40 billion aid package for Ukraine. Many cited "America First" priorities.
Kevin McCarthy
Stated Republicans would not provide a "blank check" to Ukraine if they gained the majority, signaling reduced support.
Matt Gaetz and Ukraine Fatigue
Introduced a House resolution in 2023 calling for an end to all U.S. aid to Ukraine, co-sponsored by Greene and others.
Josh Hawley and NATO Opposition
Opposed Ukraine joining NATO and echoed Kremlin concerns about NATO expansion.
Ron DeSantis
Called the Ukraine conflict a "territorial dispute," a phrase aligned with Russia’s narrative.
And now, a less comprehensive list of his allies in the media. If I listed everything I found, we’d be here for days.
Tucker Carlson
Frequently questioned why Americans should oppose Putin. Echoed conspiracy theories about U.S. biolabs in Ukraine. His segments were replayed on Russian state TV.
Laura Ingraham
Mocked Zelenskyy’s plea for peace as a "pathetic display" and blamed Biden, not Putin, for the war.
Tulsi Gabbard
A former Democrat, often appeared on Fox and repeated Kremlin-linked talking points about censorship and biolabs.
Russian Media Amplification
Kremlin state TV replayed Carlson and other Fox segments, using them to support domestic narratives and undermine U.S. unity.
The media harm cannot be ignored, and Adam himself has encountered the downstream effect of this pro-Russia propaganda. Just take a look at this video (if you can handle watching the entire thing)
Trump and his allies have exhibited a consistent pattern of rhetoric and actions that align with Russian interests, particularly in undermining or withdrawing support for Ukraine. If this wasn’t enough, these statements have been widely used by Kremlin propaganda to show division in the U.S. and to justify their own illegal actions. The alignment is not always overt, but the cumulative evidence here is overwhelming.
Ask yourself one question: If the Trump regime’s policy *was* controlled by Russia, what would they even be doing differently?

Adam just beat Tucker Carlson in Q1 of 2025, despite being outnumbered in resources.
Let’s keep the momentum going.
Congress grow a GD spine! Stop these madmen!
Fox is a Russian asset since it started broadcasting. They need to be shut down, period, full stop.
The people interviewed literally cannot keep their ideology straight.
